Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. This role focuses on assessing ServiceNow readiness and implementation maturity, particularly for migrations from Freshservice environments.

You will collaborate with Freshservice consultants to conduct source-to-target fit-gap assessments. Your expertise will be crucial in defining migration recommendations and establishing a clear roadmap.

This position requires a strong background in ServiceNow administration and ITSM, with proven experience in integrations and discovery functionalities. Prior experience with Freshservice is essential for this role.

Evaluate the current ServiceNow readiness and implementation maturity for upcoming migrations from Freshservice.

Partner with Freshservice consultants to perform detailed source-to-target fit-gap analyses.

Develop comprehensive migration recommendations and outline a strategic roadmap.

Ensure a smooth and efficient transition process, leveraging best practices in ServiceNow and ITSM.

A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience is required.

Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow administration, including ITSM modules.

Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations and discovery capabilities.

Familiarity with Freshservice environments is a must for this role.
