Lead and mentor a team of contract specialists, ensuring high-quality contract negotiations and reviews. Oversee team development, coaching on legal and negotiation skills, and expanding legal expertise.

Independently lead client transactions, providing comprehensive legal support throughout the lifecycle. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs, Software License Agreements, and Subcontracting Agreements.

Conduct direct negotiations with clients and counterparties, collaborating with internal business teams. Review RFPs, identify legal and commercial risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
