As a Content Specialist in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role within the Trust and Safety organization, upholding YouTube's content policies, including those related to misinformation, and ensuring exceptional policy enforcement quality.

You will manage complex escalations concerning content policy, maintaining high standards of enforcement and providing clear written analysis and communication. This includes reviewing and handling sensitive escalations involving graphic and controversial video content, strictly adhering to YouTube's Community Guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with a proven track record in reviewing or assessing digital content. Proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet software is essential.

Preferred qualifications include experience in content policy, anti-abuse efforts, and online content review. Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to leverage data for strategic decision-making and business impact, are highly valued.
