We're seeking a dynamic Content Creator to be the on-screen personality for our brand, primarily targeting a US and European audience. This role involves conceptualizing, scripting, shooting, and editing video content that resonates with small business owners and solo founders who are new to coding.

This is a hands-on creator role, not merely a presenter position. You'll be deeply involved in the entire content lifecycle, from initial idea generation to final edit. While based in Bangalore, your work will be pivotal in engaging our international user base, requiring a strong understanding of global internet culture and creator trends.

As a Content Creator, you will be the face of Emergent across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You'll proactively bring creative video ideas to the table and craft engaging scripts that reflect your personal voice. Responsibilities include regular video production, often incorporating self-shot content, and the agility to produce timely videos within 48 hours of significant trends or news. You will also host interviews and collaborate closely with editors to refine pacing and hooks, ensuring content performs well and adjusting strategy based on audience engagement data.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience as the primary on-camera talent for video content, evidenced by a strong portfolio and performance metrics. Essential qualifications include native or near-native English proficiency with a North American or European accent, enabling effortless communication with our target audiences. The ability to self-shoot and direct is crucial, alongside a keen instinct for capturing viewer attention within seconds. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in India and ideally be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate. Familiarity with startup culture and software concepts is advantageous, as is experience in editing and hosting interviews.
