Join Emergent, a leader in autonomous coding agents, as a Content Creator. We are revolutionizing software development by enabling users to build production applications directly from plain language. Our platform has achieved significant global scale, serving millions of users and powering countless applications.

This role is crucial for connecting with our diverse user base, approximately 70% of whom are new to coding. You will be the visual face of Emergent, primarily creating engaging short-form video content. Your involvement will span the entire creation process, from ideation to final edits.

As our Content Creator, you will be responsible for appearing on camera as the recurring face of Emergent across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You'll actively contribute original video ideas and refine scripts to ensure an authentic voice. A key part of the role involves a regular weekly content production schedule, including self-shot videos when appropriate, and swiftly turning around timely content within 48 hours of emerging trends or news.

You will also host various formats, such as interviews with users and founders, and collaborate closely with editors to optimize pacing, hooks, and overall flow. Demonstrating brand values and community engagement through video replies and live sessions is also expected. Continuous review of performance data to adapt and improve content strategy will be vital.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with proven experience as the face of video content, showcased through a strong portfolio with supporting analytics. Native or near-native English proficiency, ideally with a North American or European accent, is essential for effectively engaging our US and European audience. A deep understanding of internet culture from these regions is necessary.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in India and possess strong instincts for capturing audience attention within the critical first few seconds of content. The ability to self-shoot and self-direct when required is important. While the role is based in Bangalore, a willingness to relocate is also considered. A fundamental understanding of our product to demo and answer questions on camera is expected.
