Join our Trust & Safety team as a Content Adversarial Red Team Analyst and play a crucial role in safeguarding Google's products. You will tackle complex challenges related to product safety and integrity, leveraging your technical acumen and problem-solving skills. This position offers the opportunity to work with global teams and impact users across Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads, ensuring a secure and trustworthy experience for all.
As a key member of the team, you will contribute to a culture of integrity and user protection, working collaboratively with engineers and product managers to combat abuse and fraud at Google speed. Your efforts will directly promote trust in Google and uphold the highest standards of user safety.
Develop and implement cutting-edge red teaming strategies to proactively uncover emerging threats. Design and execute precise testing methodologies targeting potential product vulnerabilities.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deeply understand product functionalities and identify areas for enhancement. Guide and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and team growth.
Formulate comprehensive program plans for key improvement areas. Critically evaluate and refine existing programs to maximize their effectiveness and impact. Champion AI safety initiatives within Google and the broader industry.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is essential. A minimum of 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, or cybersecurity is required.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or Artificial Intelligence. Experience with Google's products, especially GenAI, and working with large datasets is highly valued. Familiarity with AI model architectures and their potential weaknesses is beneficial. Proficiency in multiple languages and strong problem-solving skills are key to success in this dynamic role.
