Join our Trust & Safety team and play a crucial role in safeguarding Google's products. You will tackle complex challenges to ensure the integrity and safety of our platforms, working across Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. This role requires a strategic, team-oriented mindset with a passion for doing what's right, collaborating with global and cross-functional teams to combat abuse and fraud at Google speed.
Develop and implement advanced red teaming strategies to proactively identify emerging threats and design targeted testing. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to pinpoint vulnerabilities and devise effective solutions. Mentor junior analysts, sharing expertise to foster a high-performing team environment. Drive program improvements, evaluate existing initiatives, and advocate for AI safety internally and within the broader industry, leveraging a deep understanding of AI landscapes and tools.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, along with a minimum of 7 years in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related domains. A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred. Experience with Google's products, especially GenAI, and working with large datasets and analysis tools is beneficial. Familiarity with AI model architectures and their vulnerabilities, along with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, is essential.
