This role demands a strategic, big-picture thinker who thrives in a collaborative, global environment. You'll work closely with engineers and product managers, driving urgent action against abuse and fraud while promoting trust in Google and ensuring unparalleled user safety.
Spearhead innovative red teaming strategies, proactively identifying and testing for emerging threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and researchers to pinpoint vulnerabilities and devise effective solutions.
Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering knowledge sharing and building a high-performing team.
Develop and refine comprehensive program plans, enhancing existing initiatives for maximum impact.
Champion AI safety initiatives within Google and the broader industry, leveraging deep knowledge of the AI landscape and tools.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or closely related domains.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with Google's products, particularly GenAI offerings, is advantageous.
Familiarity with handling large datasets and utilizing data analysis tools is beneficial.
Understanding of AI model architectures and their potential vulnerabilities is a plus.
Proficiency in multiple languages relevant to Google's global user base is desirable.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail in a dynamic environment are essential.
