Join Google's Trust and Safety team as a Content Adversarial Analyst within the emerging Content Adversarial Red Team (CART). This role is pivotal in proactively identifying and mitigating novel content safety risks in Google's Generative AI products through unstructured adversarial testing. You will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and integrity of AI experiences for millions of users worldwide.

Lead end-to-end red teaming projects to discover unknown content safety risks in Google's Generative AI products. Develop and execute innovative adversarial testing strategies, focusing on specific product scopes.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to understand product functionalities and potential vulnerabilities. Analyze raw attack results to derive actionable insights and identify complex edge cases.
Contribute to the advancement of AI safety methodologies by supporting and executing designated CART programs. Evaluate existing project methodologies, refine testing playbooks, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to scale the team's impact.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, along with at least 4 years of experience in adversarial testing, red teaming, GenAI/AI safety, GenAI/AI ethics, or a closely related field.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or Artificial Intelligence. Experience with Google's products, particularly GenAI, large datasets, data analysis tools, and AI model architectures is highly beneficial.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail are essential. The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment is key to success in this role.
