Join the innovative Content Adversarial Red Team (CART) within Google's Trust and Safety division. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the safety and integrity of Google's cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) products.

You will conduct unstructured adversarial testing to identify emerging content risks, working closely with product, policy, and enforcement teams. Your role is crucial in ensuring the safest possible experiences for Google users.

As a key member, you will drive end-to-end red teaming projects, uncover novel GenAI issues and vulnerabilities beyond traditional testing, and apply your sharp analytical skills to enhance the robustness and trustworthiness of AI products before they reach the public.

Lead red teaming projects from inception to completion, focusing on uncovering novel content safety risks within Google's Generative AI products. Develop and implement innovative red teaming strategies and design comprehensive, end-to-end testing for specific product areas.

Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other trust and safety stakeholders. Analyze raw attack results to provide in-depth qualitative insights into complex edge cases and translate vulnerability data into actionable risk assessments.

Contribute to the advancement of AI safety methodologies and operational excellence by supporting and executing designated CART programs. Evaluate existing methodologies, identify procedural gaps, and refine testing playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maximize CART's impact.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, along with a minimum of 4 years in adversarial testing, red teaming, or GenAI/AI safety and ethics.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field like Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence. Experience with Google's GenAI products, handling large datasets, and understanding AI model architectures and their vulnerabilities is highly beneficial.
