Oversee end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of consulting projects, establishing robust governance, steering committees, and executive escalations to proactively manage risks.

Take ownership of financial performance, including accurate forecasting, cost control, and margin protection. Manage subcontractor and partner costs, scope, and change control to ensure financial hygiene and clean project closures.

Serve as a key escalation point for challenging delivery issues, leading customer discussions to restore confidence and align delivery with customer outcomes. Partner with internal teams to ensure delivery success and value realization.

Identify and drive account expansion opportunities by translating delivery insights into business proposals. Execute disciplined handoffs to sales teams, reinforcing a delivery-led growth mindset across the India portfolio.

Collaborate effectively with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including leadership, sales, finance, and architects, as well as external customer executives, delivery partners, and system integrators.

A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required, coupled with a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer-facing consulting delivery, program or project management, or digital transformation, including handling complex, multi-workstream engagements.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects or a delivery portfolio with accountability for outcomes beyond a single engagement is essential. You should also possess proven people leadership skills, including coaching and performance management of project managers or equivalent roles.

Success in this role requires the ability to operate effectively within a matrixed, cross-functional environment, fostering strong partnerships with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications include 10+ years of experience in consulting or large-scale delivery transformation, with a track record in managing delivery financials, enabling delivery-led growth, and holding relevant Agile certifications like Scrum Master or PMI-ACP.
