Collaborate with the Area Project Manager to deliver engagements within your assigned region. You will be accountable for end-to-end project financials, driving key performance metrics, and proactively managing risks and issues.

Improve process adherence, maintain project hygiene, ensure timely reporting, and maximize customer satisfaction. This includes validating engagement setup, staffing, schedules, and creating financial plans.

Support resource management, setup consumption tracking, and manage subcontractor engagements. You will also uphold security practices, manage risks and issues, track status, update forecasts, and process time/expenses.

Initiate and complete project closure, reconcile budgets, and capture lessons learned. Additionally, support the Area Project Manager in managing escalations related to staffing and billing processes.

A Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field is required, along with 3-4 years of project management experience or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications include a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) certification. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, LLMs, and agentic AI is also beneficial.
