Shape project definitions and execution by gathering insights from diverse stakeholders, including business sponsors and partners. You will advocate for customer needs, influencing product development and service enhancements. Define and document comprehensive architectures, articulating the business value and project approach.

Demonstrate business value through quantified outcomes like revenue generation or cost savings. Manage and resolve requirement ambiguities, documenting assumptions and implications. Generate and improve intellectual property, connecting patterns across business and technology areas to drive change and foster reuse. Lead virtual teams, sharing strategic and technical expertise across Microsoft communities.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 8+ years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, or the Data & AI domain. Alternatively, a Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience will be considered.

Additionally, a proven track record of managing multiple projects or portfolios for over 2 years, and 1+ year of experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams is essential. Expertise in enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, database migrations, and technology management is required. A strong understanding of Big Data, Advanced Analytics, Data Science, and Machine Learning platforms is crucial. Proficiency in data modeling, SQL development, database administration, and cloud platforms like Azure is also key.
