Manage day-to-day Finance Data Lake operations, addressing ETL and job failures, data quality issues, and pipeline monitoring. Investigate and resolve operational incidents within service level agreements and perform root cause analysis. Monitor platform health and respond proactively to alerts.

Troubleshoot Databricks, Spark-based jobs, ETL workflows, and data pipelines. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for timely issue resolution. Support workflow orchestration tools like Airflow. Communicate operational updates and incident statuses to stakeholders.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 3-8 years of experience in IT operations or data platform support.

Key technical skills include troubleshooting Databricks and Spark-based ETL, strong ETL workflow and data pipeline management, data lake environment support, and hands-on SQL expertise. Familiarity with ITIL foundational concepts is also essential.
