This role is for experienced Data Privacy professionals who will be instrumental in our growing practice. We are looking for individuals with a deep understanding of international privacy regulations, practical experience in privacy operations, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this position.

Conduct comprehensive privacy gap assessments against global regulations such as DPDPA, GDPR, CPRA, and ISO 27001. Develop and implement essential privacy documentation, including policies, procedures, guidelines, and SOPs. Support the execution of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and maintain Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), Personal Data Inventories (PDI), and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). Design and deliver engaging privacy training and awareness programs to internal and external stakeholders. Apply a strong understanding of Privacy by Design principles and implement them in real-world scenarios. Leverage experience with Privacy Management Tools (PMT) and Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PET) like OneTrust, BigID, or Securiti.ai to drive client privacy compliance architecture.

Demonstrated expertise in global data privacy regulations, including GDPR, CPRA, and DPDPA. Proven experience in conducting privacy risk assessments and producing key documentation such as RoPA, DFD, and DPIA. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Capability to work autonomously and effectively within cross-functional teams. Familiarity with privacy technology platforms and frameworks like ISO 27701 and the NIST Privacy Framework is advantageous.
