As a Workday Planning Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning. Your role will involve analyzing complex financial and workforce models, translating them into functional Adaptive Planning solutions. You will provide essential technical guidance, including design, configuration, and troubleshooting for the Adaptive suite of products. Maintaining proficiency and certification in Adaptive Planning is key, alongside developing and enhancing our existing product offerings to meet evolving client needs.

You will also collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and deliver tailored solutions. This includes ensuring successful project delivery by effectively managing timelines and goals. The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial for success in this role.

To excel in this role, you must possess Adaptive Planning certification and have a minimum of 3 years of experience, including at least two end-to-end implementations of Adaptive Planning. A strong background in financial or management accounting is essential. We are looking for candidates with proven business analysis and requirements gathering abilities, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional desirable qualifications include certification in both Adaptive Implementation and Workday Financials.
