Join Deloitte as a Workday Consultant, specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) Core, and contribute to impactful HR transformations in Bengaluru. Our Workday team offers comprehensive services from initial planning through implementation and ongoing support, focusing on optimizing client solutions beyond basic system fixes.

As a key member, you will enhance client experiences by providing advisory and guidance to optimize their Workday environment. This role is integral to delivering high-quality professional services within a collaborative and high-performing culture.

In this crucial role, you will manage the technical aspects of the Workday HCM system, providing L2/L3 production support for Core HCM incidents and service requests within SLAs. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting issues related to worker data, organizational structures, and lifecycle events.

You will also configure and maintain various HCM elements like Supervisory Organizations, Staffing Models, and Business Process Framework. This involves implementing enhancements, managing security policies, and supporting mass data updates via EIB.

Additional duties include data validation, supporting Workday releases with testing and impact analysis, and performing tenant migrations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integrated issues and maintain operational documentation according to ITIL processes.

Furthermore, you will participate in governance calls, communicate issue statuses to stakeholders, identify optimization opportunities, and mentor junior consultants.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or Engineering, coupled with 2-5 years of Workday Core HCM experience in an AMS/Operate setting.

Essential hands-on experience includes configuring Supervisory Organizations, Staffing Models, Job Profiles, Positions, Locations, Companies, Cost Centers, Worker Lifecycle, Business Process Framework (BPF), Domain Security Policies, and Role-Based Security.

Familiarity with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday releases, tenant migration, regression testing, and data validation is also required. A Workday Pro Core HCM Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
