Join our dynamic team as a Workday FINS Technical Consultant. This role is ideal for certified professionals with 3-10 years of experience in Workday technical solutions, including integrations, reporting, security, payroll, and data management.

You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and supporting Workday technical solutions for global implementations, enhancements, and production support.

Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB. You'll work extensively with REST and SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON to ensure seamless data flow.

Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures, providing timely resolutions. Support Workday releases, manage enhancements, and address ongoing production issues. Collaborate closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions.

Conduct technical workshops for requirement gathering and solution design, ensuring alignment with client needs and Workday best practices.

We seek candidates with a mandatory integration certification, alongside certification in Studio, PECI, or Extend. A minimum of 5 years in IT integration, with at least 3 years of hands-on Workday experience across implementations and AMS projects, is required.

Demonstrate expertise in end-to-end Workday integration implementation and technical architecture. Experience with Customer Central and client stakeholder interactions is essential.

Proficiency in building interfaces using Core Connectors, EIB, PICOF/PECI, Studio integrations (inbound & outbound), Payroll Interfaces, and Extend is crucial. Familiarity with advanced, matrix, and composite reports, calculated fields, and Workday tenant management processes is expected. Experience with Boomerang is highly desirable.
