Join our Emerging ERP Solutions team in Ahmedabad as a Consultant specializing in Workday FINS Technical. This role is for skilled professionals with 3-10 years of experience, holding Workday technical certifications. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and supporting Workday technical solutions, focusing on integrations, reporting, security, payroll, and data management within global Workday environments.

Design, develop, and support robust Workday integrations utilizing Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB.

Work extensively with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON to build seamless data flows.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and interface failures to ensure system stability.

Provide essential support for Workday releases, enhancements, and ongoing production issues.

Collaborate effectively with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions.

Conduct technical workshops for requirement gathering and solution design, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Possess mandatory integration certification along with certification in Studio, PECI, or Extend.

Have a minimum of 5 years in IT integration, with at least 3 years of hands-on Workday experience across implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects.

Demonstrate proven experience in delivering end-to-end Workday technical architecture solutions and a strong grasp of the integration landscape.

Exhibit proficiency in working with middleware and integration technologies, alongside client-facing experience and interaction with stakeholders.

Showcase experience defining and building interfaces using Core Connectors, EIB, PICOF/PECI, Studio integrations, Payroll Interfaces, and Extend.

Familiarity with advanced reporting capabilities in Workday, including advanced, matrix, and composite reports, plus calculated fields. Experience with Studio integrations and Boomerang is highly desirable.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, BTech, or MTech is required.
