Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB. You will work extensively with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON, monitoring and resolving integration failures. This role involves supporting Workday releases, enhancements, and production issues, collaborating with functional teams to deliver complete end-to-end solutions. Experience in technical workshops for requirement gathering and solution design is essential.

We require a Workday Technical Certified professional with 3-10 years of IT experience, specifically 3+ years hands-on with Workday integrations across implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects. Essential certifications include Integration, Studio, PECI, or Extend. Strong expertise in end-to-end Workday integration implementation and client-facing experience with stakeholders are crucial. Familiarity with middleware, advanced reporting, calculated fields, and Workday tenant management is expected. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or B.Tech/M.Tech is required.
