Join an emerging ERP solutions team as a Workday FINS Technical Consultant, contributing to enterprise technology excellence and innovation. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting Workday technical solutions for global implementations and ongoing production support.

We are seeking certified Workday professionals with 3–10 years of experience, bringing expertise in Integrations, Reporting, Security, Payroll Technical, and Data Management. You will be instrumental in crafting robust Workday technical architecture and driving end-to-end solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). Work with various API protocols (REST, SOAP) and data formats (XML, XSLT, JSON). Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, and support Workday releases and production challenges.

Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions. Participate in technical workshops for requirement gathering and solution design, ensuring strong client-facing interaction and understanding of Workday technical architecture.

Mandatory integration certification, along with certification in Studio, PECI, or Extend. Possess 5+ years of IT experience in integrations, with at least 3 years focused on Workday implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects. Experience delivering end-to-end Workday technical architecture solutions is essential.

Demonstrate strong expertise in Workday integration implementation, understanding the broader integration landscape. Experience with Customer Central and client stakeholder interactions is required. Familiarity with middleware and integration technologies is also key. Experience with advanced, matrix, and composite reports, as well as calculated fields, is necessary.
