Analyze and design Workday Finance solutions to meet business requirements. Configure and provide ongoing support for Finance modules. Lead business process workshops, gather requirements, and perform fit-gap analysis. Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and reports. Execute system testing, UAT, and support deployment activities. Deliver end-user training and create comprehensive user documentation. Manage data migration, validation, and cutover processes. Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-go-live support. Work closely with Finance, Manufacturing, and Technical teams.

Possess 3-10 years of hands-on experience with Workday Finance implementations. Demonstrate strong functional expertise in modules such as FDM, Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, and Reporting. Have a solid understanding of business processes and industry best practices. Proven experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation. Ability to conduct stakeholder workshops and communicate effectively. Familiarity with third-party application integrations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
