Join Deloitte's Emerging ERP Solutions team as a Consultant specializing in Workday Finance Functional. This role offers an opportunity to drive functional excellence and innovation within enterprise technology, contributing to long-term growth for our clients.

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3-10 years of experience in Workday Finance implementations. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of finance processes and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective system solutions. This position is based across various locations in India.

Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements and designing Workday Finance solutions, configuring and supporting finance modules, and conducting workshops for requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis. You will prepare essential documentation such as Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and collaborate with technical teams on customizations and integrations.

Additional duties involve performing system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting deployment activities. You will also provide end-user training, create user manuals, and support data migration and validation. Troubleshooting functional issues and providing post-go-live support are also critical aspects of this role.

Required qualifications include 3-10 years of hands-on experience with Workday Finance, demonstrating strong functional expertise in modules like FDM, Financial Accounting, Procurement, and Expenses. A solid understanding of business processes and industry best practices is essential, along with proven experience in requirement gathering and solution design.

Candidates should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct stakeholder workshops and manage client interactions effectively. Familiarity with third-party application integrations is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or an MBA in Finance is required.
