We are seeking a motivated professional with a strong background in Workday Finance implementation and configuration. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of finance processes and excel at translating complex business needs into effective system designs.

Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing Workday Finance solutions, and configuring core finance modules. You will lead business process workshops, gather requirements, and conduct fit-gap analyses. Preparing detailed design documents like FDDs and BRDs is essential.

You will collaborate with technical teams on customizations and integrations, manage system testing including UAT, and support deployment activities. Providing end-user training, creating user manuals, and offering post-go-live support are also crucial aspects of this role. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Technical is expected.

We require candidates with 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Workday Finance implementations. Demonstrated functional expertise in modules such as FDM, Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, and Projects is essential.

A strong understanding of business processes, industry best practices, and experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation are necessary. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are vital for success in this position. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an MBA in Finance is required.
