As an SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) Consultant, you will be instrumental in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the RCM module. This involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, HR, and technical teams to design effective recruitment processes and manage end-to-end talent acquisition solutions.

Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring RCM settings such as requisition and offer templates, application workflows, and recruiting permissions. You will also manage candidate application processes, set up recruiting routes, and support integrations with other modules and third-party systems. Conducting workshops, preparing design documents, performing system testing, and providing production support are also core aspects of this role. Additionally, you will train HR and recruiting teams on system functionality and best practices.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM). A strong understanding of Candidate Experience (RMK) is preferred.

Essential skills include proficiency in RCM configuration, understanding of recruiting permissions and role-based permissions (RBP), business rules, and the MDF framework. Experience with XML template configuration and integrations using CPI/BTP Integration Suite or similar middleware tools is required. A solid grasp of end-to-end recruiting lifecycle processes, coupled with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, is crucial for success in this role. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is necessary.
