This role is crucial for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) solutions.

Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing recruitment and talent acquisition requirements. You will configure and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors RCM module, including requisition and offer templates, application workflows, and permissions. This involves setting up candidate application processes, status sets, and recruiting routes, as well as supporting integrations with other modules and third-party systems. You will conduct design sessions, create functional specifications, perform system testing, and provide production support for recruiting-related issues.

We are seeking a Consultant with at least 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management. A strong understanding of RCM, Candidate Experience (RMK), recruiting permissions, and the MDF framework is essential. Experience with integrations using CPI/BTP Integration Suite or middleware is required. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, HR, or Business Administration is mandatory. While not essential, SAP SuccessFactors RCM Certification and experience with RMK, Onboarding, and Employee Central are highly preferred. A practical, collaborative, and problem-solving approach is key.
