Effectively configure employee lifecycle functionality and leverage working knowledge of SuccessFactors integration and data handling concepts for reliable system operations. Exposure to SuccessFactors PMGM is highly valued for broader HCM module support.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Technology (Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering), Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical), or Bachelor of Science (Physics, Chemistry) is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years in Full Stack Development and 5 years in SAP Implementation.
