As a Consultant in National Tech Consulting - CNS - TC - PLATFORMS, you will contribute to transforming businesses through innovative technology solutions. This role is part of EY Consulting, which drives long-term client value by solving strategic challenges. Tech Consulting specifically focuses on leveraging technology and innovation, with a human-centric approach.

Drive technical excellence by providing strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, including core HR and talent management configurations. Implement and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM modules to align with enterprise HR processes. Analyze functional requirements and develop robust Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

Support end-to-end platform consulting engagements with a focus on Oracle Fusion HCM delivery. Effectively manage HR technology landscapes, ensuring successful system configuration, thorough testing, and seamless deployment.

To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and have at least 2 years of experience in Frontend Development.
