As a CRM + Integration Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and customizing scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems using Azure Integration Services. You will develop RESTful APIs, Web APIs, Custom APIs, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and Azure Functions, alongside implementing synchronous and asynchronous integrations.

Key duties also involve working with Power Platform components like Power Automate and Dataverse, configuring CRM entities, forms, and security roles, and developing client-side customizations such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and PCF Controls. Collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders, troubleshooting production issues, optimizing performance, participating in code reviews, and preparing technical documentation are also core aspects of this role.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science is required, along with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise integration technologies. Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable CRM solutions and integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications using Azure Integration Services, APIs, and middleware platforms is essential.
