Drive technical excellence in Salesforce development, encompassing configuration, customization, and platform implementation. Develop and deploy scalable CRM solutions using Apex and Lightning components, aligned with business and technical requirements. Design and manage Salesforce object and data models. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware approaches. Apply technical consulting practices to support solution design, delivery, and ongoing enhancements.

A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science is required. Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development. Essential skills include a strong technical foundation in Salesforce development, hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning components, and proficiency in Salesforce object/data model design. Experience with API integration and middleware technologies is crucial. A practical approach to problem-solving, agility, curiosity, and adaptability are highly valued.
