As a Consultant in Tech Consulting, you will co-lead market engagement, translate business requirements into analytics solutions, and develop working prototypes. You'll own and govern the global product roadmap, collaborating with internal and external teams for market deployment. Key accountabilities include understanding client business problems, designing analytical solutions for trade spend, and leading teams of over 20 members in global locations. You will be instrumental in innovating data and analytic methodologies, ensuring on-time delivery of deployments, and supporting change management efforts.

This role requires end-to-end experience in optimization modeling and developing analytics frameworks for pricing, trade promotion, route to market, or net revenue management. Proficiency in relevant analytics/technology platforms, data exploration, and visualization is essential. Strong product management skills, a good educational background (MS/MBA from Tier I or II institutes preferred), and 8-12 years of overall experience are expected. Prior experience in CPG/FMCG industries, product management, strategy, and customer development is beneficial. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, along with a proven track record of driving analytics adoption with senior business leadership. A passion for empirical research, an agile analytic approach, and the ability to deliver precise, actionable insights are highly valued.
