This role is part of the AI and Data team within the National Technology Consulting practice, focusing on critical client needs in the Hyderabad region.

Engage collaboratively across various client departments, ensuring adherence to commercial and legal mandates. Apply a pragmatic approach to identifying and resolving complex issues, delivering actionable and insightful solutions. Demonstrate agility, curiosity, and a mindful approach, maintaining positive energy while adapting creatively to evolving requirements.

Possesses excellent customer service skills. Proficient with Windows 11 and Mac OS, MS Intune, and the Microsoft 365 suite. Experienced with Okta SSO and MFA solutions. Familiarity with Workspace One MDM and the ServiceNow ITSM platform is advantageous.
