EY is seeking experienced Technology Consultants to join our AgriStack team. This role supports large-scale digital transformation initiatives across various states and union territories. You will leverage your technical expertise and functional knowledge in agriculture or rural development to drive impactful solutions.

Collaborate with government stakeholders to design and deploy AgriTech solutions. Lead or support extensive program rollouts within agriculture and related sectors. Translate business needs into technical specifications and coordinate with diverse teams to ensure project success. Evaluate and implement technology architectures tailored to specific state requirements. Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring client expectations are met.

Provide technical guidance to junior team members and field resources. Develop comprehensive technical documentation, integration workflows, and MIS dashboards to support project objectives.

A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant engineering fields is required. Agriculture-related streams are also welcomed. Candidates should have 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in technology consulting, with mandatory experience working directly with Government and Public Sector clients.

Proficiency in backend and frontend technologies, databases, DevOps, CI/CD, version control (Git), and cloud platforms is essential. Experience leading or significantly contributing to large-scale rollouts is critical. While an MBA is an advantage, a strong technical background is a must for consulting candidates. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also vital.
