Manage client engagements professionally, adhering to contract terms and client expectations. Prepare and file individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, and draft submissions for tax authorities. Advise on outbound/inbound structuring for employee mobility, and gain working knowledge of immigration and provident fund regulations for expatriates.

Contribute to team success by assisting in work execution and collaborating with tax professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions. Ensure all assigned tasks align with work programs, firm methodologies, and professional standards. Utilize electronic working papers and relevant software for efficient research and analysis.

Develop technical expertise and compliance process knowledge by staying updated on tax trends and authorities. Analyze data to create tax products (advisory/compliance) with accuracy and timeliness. Thoroughly check documents for tax inspections and maintain the confidentiality of client relationships and work products.

A certified Chartered Accountant (CA) is essential for this role.

We are seeking candidates with 0-1 year of relevant experience in tax consulting.

Strong written and oral communication skills are a must. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, coupled with strong analytical and numerical abilities, is crucial. Enthusiasm, self-motivation, teamwork, attention to detail, and effective time management skills are key attributes for success.

Ideally, candidates will possess good interpersonal skills, be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative. Comfort in interacting with senior executives, both internally and at client sites, is also preferred.
