As a Consultant, you will manage client engagements professionally and adhere to contract terms. Key responsibilities include preparing and filing individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and advising on international structuring for employee movements.

You will also manage expatriate tax matters, including immigration and provident fund considerations. Operational excellence is crucial; participate in project execution, deliver work effectively, and collaborate with tax professionals to provide comprehensive solutions.

Ensure work follows established programs, firm methodologies, and professional standards. Utilize electronic working papers and software efficiently for research. Acquire and apply technical knowledge, staying updated on industry trends and technical authorities for complex situations.

A certified CA is required for this role, along with 0-1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary. You should possess strong analytical and numerical abilities, be able to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

Demonstrate enthusiasm, a self-starter attitude, and excellent teamwork. The ability to grasp details quickly and good time management skills are vital. Ideally, you will also have good interpersonal skills, be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative, and comfortable interacting with senior executives.
