- Manage engagements professionally, adhering to client expectations and contract terms. - Prepare and file individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, and draft submissions for tax authorities. - Represent clients before tax authorities and advise on international tax structuring for employee mobility. - Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and constructive collaboration with team members. - Leverage knowledge from various sources to improve personal and team performance. - Deliver high-quality services that consistently exceed client expectations. - Assist in executing work assignments effectively within a group setting. - Ensure all assigned tasks are completed according to work programs, firm methodologies, and professional standards. - Utilize electronic working papers and software applications efficiently for research and analysis. - Maintain and develop technical knowledge in tax, staying updated on trends and developments. - Analyze data to produce accurate and timely tax advisory or compliance products. - Prepare and present documents for tax inspections when required. - Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all client interactions and work products.

- Certified CA with 0-1 year of relevant experience. - Strong communication skills, both written and oral. - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Excellent analytical and numerical abilities. - Enthusiastic, self-starting individual with a proactive approach. - Proven team player with a collaborative spirit. - Ability to grasp details quickly and effectively. - Good time management skills are essential. - Interpersonal skills and the ability to interact comfortably with senior executives are advantageous.
