You will be instrumental in executing client engagements efficiently, ensuring adherence to professional standards and client expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in a dynamic tax environment.

As a Consultant, your key responsibilities will include conducting engagements professionally and in line with client expectations and contractual terms. You'll prepare and file individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, and draft submissions for tax authorities. Advising on outbound/inbound structuring for employee movement, and understanding immigration and provident fund regulations for expatriates are also crucial.

Operationally, you'll participate in group work, assist in delivering work effectively, and team with tax professionals to offer comprehensive tax solutions. You'll ensure assigned tasks are executed according to the work program, firm methodologies, and professional standards. Proficiency in using electronic working papers and various software applications for research is essential. You'll also acquire and demonstrate technical competence, staying updated on industry trends and applying this knowledge to complex situations. Analyzing and converting data into accurate and timely tax products is a core function.

We are seeking individuals with a certified CA qualification and 0-1 year of relevant experience. Essential skills include strong written and oral communication, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
