As a Consultant, you will professionally manage client engagements according to contract terms and expectations. Key duties include preparing and filing tax returns (individual and e-TDS), drafting submissions for tax authorities, and representing clients before them. You will also advise on outbound/inbound structuring for employee mobility, and gain working knowledge of immigration and provident fund regulations for expatriates.

Your role involves assisting in work execution within a group, teaming with tax professionals to offer comprehensive tax solutions, and adhering to firm methodologies and professional standards. Efficiently utilize electronic working papers, software applications, and knowledge sources for research. Develop technical competence by staying updated on tax trends and authorities, applying them to complex situations, and converting data into accurate, timely tax products.

We seek individuals with excellent written and oral communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a strong ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Essential attributes include strong analytical and numerical abilities, an enthusiastic and self-starting attitude, and a collaborative spirit with effective time management skills.

A certified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory, coupled with 0-1 year of relevant experience. Ideally, you will also possess good interpersonal skills, be highly flexible, adaptable, creative, and comfortable interacting with senior executives both within the firm and at client organizations.
