- Conduct client engagements professionally, meeting expectations and contractual terms. - Prepare and file individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, and draft submissions for tax authorities. - Advise on outbound/inbound structuring for employee movements and manage expatriate immigration and provident fund matters. - Maintain a positive attitude and eagerness to learn, contributing to team and individual performance improvement. - Leverage knowledge from various sources to enhance service delivery and work products. - Execute assigned tasks according to work programs, firm methodologies, and professional standards.

- Possess a certified CA qualification. - Have 0-1 year of relevant experience in tax advisory or corporate tax. - Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Exhibit strong analytical and numerical abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Be an enthusiastic self-starter, a team player with good time management and the ability to grasp details quickly. - Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, adaptability, and creativity are highly desirable.
