Your client responsibilities include conducting engagements professionally, adhering to contractual terms, and managing tax-related filings such as individual tax returns and e-TDS returns. You'll draft submissions, represent clients before tax authorities, and advise on structuring for employee movement, including aspects of immigration and provident fund.

Operationally, you will assist in executing work programs, ensuring adherence to firm methodologies and professional standards. This involves utilizing electronic working papers and various software for research. You will analyze data to produce accurate tax products, manage tax inspections, and maintain client confidentiality. Proactively seeking opportunities to provide tax services and challenging traditional procedures to find new approaches will be key.

The ideal candidate possesses a certified CA qualification and 0-1 year of relevant experience. Essential skills include strong written and oral communication, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a solid analytical and numerical ability. The role requires an enthusiastic self-starter with excellent time management and teamwork skills, coupled with the ability to grasp details quickly.
