Key responsibilities include conducting engagements professionally, preparing and filing tax returns (individual, e-TDS), drafting submissions, and representing clients before tax authorities. You will also advise on structuring for employee mobility, including immigration and provident fund matters for expatriates.

Operational duties involve assisting in work execution within a group, adhering to firm methodologies and professional standards, and utilizing electronic working papers and software for research. You'll be expected to develop technical expertise, analyze data for tax products, and ensure accuracy and timeliness. Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and contributing to team success through proactive problem-solving and innovative approaches are crucial.

Ideal candidates possess a certified CA qualification and 0-1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication, both written and oral, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), the ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines are essential. You should also demonstrate strong analytical and numerical skills, enthusiasm, a self-starter attitude, and excellent teamwork and time management capabilities.
