As a Tax Consultant, you will professionally manage client engagements in line with contractual terms. Key tasks include preparing and filing individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and representing clients before them. You will also provide advice on outbound/inbound structuring for employee movements, with working knowledge of immigration and provident fund matters concerning expatriates.

Operationally, you will participate in group work, delivering tasks effectively and collaborating with tax professionals for comprehensive solutions. Ensure assigned work adheres to work programs, firm methodologies, guidance, and professional standards. Utilize electronic working papers and various software applications for research and analysis.

You will analyze and convert data into accurate and timely tax products, assisting in advisory and compliance functions. Thoroughly check documents for tax inspections and maintain the confidentiality of client relationships and work products. Contribute to team success by understanding methodologies and tools, keeping team members informed, proactively seeking assignments, and challenging traditional procedures to find innovative approaches.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Tax Consultant with 0-1 year of relevant experience. Essential skills include strong communication abilities (written and oral), proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the capacity to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. A strong analytical and numerical aptitude, along with the ability to grasp details and manage time effectively, are crucial.

Ideal candidates possess good interpersonal skills, are highly flexible, adaptable, and creative, and feel comfortable interacting with senior executives.
