You will be responsible for conducting client engagements professionally, adhering to contractual terms and client expectations. Key duties include preparing and filing individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, and drafting submissions for tax authorities. Advising on outbound/inbound structuring for employee movement and managing immigration and provident fund aspects for expatriates are also critical.

Operationally, you will participate in group work, deliver assigned tasks effectively, and team with tax professionals to provide comprehensive tax solutions. Ensuring adherence to work programs, firm methodologies, and professional standards is paramount. Utilizing electronic working papers and various software applications for efficient research is expected. You will also analyze data to produce accurate and timely tax products, meticulously check documents, and maintain the confidentiality of client information.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A strong aptitude for analytical and numerical reasoning is essential, coupled with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, self-starters, and possess strong teamwork capabilities. The ability to grasp details and manage time effectively are crucial attributes. A certified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required, along with 0-1 year of relevant experience.
