Manage client engagements professionally, adhering to contractual terms and client expectations. Responsibilities include preparing and filing individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, and drafting submissions for tax authorities. You will also advise on outbound/inbound structuring related to employee movement, and gain working knowledge of immigration and provident fund regulations for expatriates.

Foster a positive and learning-oriented attitude, working constructively with team members to enhance performance. Share knowledge and leverage resources effectively to deliver high-quality work that surpasses client expectations.

Participate in group work, delivering assignments efficiently and collaborating with tax professionals to provide comprehensive tax solutions. Ensure adherence to work programs, firm methodologies, and professional standards. Utilize electronic working papers and software applications for research, and develop technical competence in tax compliance processes. Analyze and convert data into accurate and timely tax products, and prepare documents for tax inspections. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and contribute to team success through understanding methodologies, keeping team informed, and proactively seeking opportunities for service enhancement.

A certified Chartered Accountant (CA) is required for this role.

Candidates should have between 0 to 1 year of relevant experience. We welcome applications from individuals with limited prior experience.

Essential skills include strong written and oral communication, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A strong analytical and numerical ability, coupled with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is crucial. Enthusiasm, a self-starter attitude, teamwork, attention to detail, and good time management skills are highly valued.

Ideally, you will also possess good interpersonal skills, be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative. Comfort interacting with senior executives, both within the firm and at client organizations, is beneficial.
