As a Consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality services, ensuring client engagements are executed efficiently and effectively. You will work collaboratively within a team, leveraging your skills to provide comprehensive tax solutions and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include conducting engagements professionally and in line with client expectations and contractual terms. You will be involved in preparing and filing tax returns, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and advising on outbound/inbound structuring for employees. This role also involves working knowledge of immigration and provident fund regulations for expatriates.

You will also contribute to team performance by demonstrating a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and constructive collaboration. This includes sharing knowledge, providing timely and high-quality work products, and evaluating performance to foster continuous improvement. Operational duties involve executing assigned work according to program standards, using electronic work papers, and applying technical knowledge to moderately complex situations.

Successful candidates will possess good written and oral communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and strong analytical and numerical abilities. The role requires the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines, coupled with enthusiasm, a self-starting attitude, and teamwork capabilities. A solid understanding of details and effective time management skills are also essential.

To qualify, you must be a certified CA with 0-1 year of relevant experience. Ideally, you will also have strong interpersonal skills, be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative, and be comfortable interacting with senior executives.
