As a Consultant, you will manage client engagements professionally, adhering strictly to contractual terms and client expectations. Key duties include preparing and filing individual tax returns and e-TDS, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and representing clients before them. You'll also advise on outbound/inbound structuring related to employee movements and gain working knowledge of immigration and provident fund regulations for expatriates.

Your role will involve active participation in group work, assisting in delivering assignments effectively, and teaming with tax professionals to provide comprehensive tax solutions. You will ensure all assigned tasks align with work programs, firm methodologies, and professional standards. Utilizing electronic working papers and various software applications for research and analysis will be crucial for converting data into accurate and timely tax products.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong written and oral communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential, complemented by strong analytical and numerical capabilities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who is a team player, demonstrating a keen ability to grasp details and manage time effectively. A certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-1 year of relevant experience is required. Ideally, you will also bring good interpersonal skills, a highly flexible and adaptable nature, creativity, and comfort interacting with senior executives both internally and with clients.
