As part of the People Advisory Services (PAS) focused on tax and regulatory, you'll work with global clients on their most complex people-related challenges. This includes international employee assignment management, immigration/visa compliance, compensation structure design, social security advisory, employee incentives, and payroll tax diagnostics.

As a Consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional client service by analyzing complex problems and providing insightful solutions. You will leverage your technical expertise in our core capabilities, adopting a practical, business-driven approach to resolve client challenges.

Key responsibilities include staying current with technical skills and industry trends, managing engagement activities from planning to implementation, and identifying/mitigating potential risks. You will foster collaboration within teams, promote an inclusive environment, and contribute to business development by preparing proposals and thought leadership materials. Identifying follow-on engagement opportunities is also a crucial aspect of this role.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent managerial, organizational, analytical, and communication skills, coupled with experience in tax and regulatory support for global mobility. A Chartered Accountant qualification or a postgraduate degree from a Tier 1 Institute is required.

We are seeking individuals with 1-2 years of prior experience in People Advisory Services or relevant professional experience, such as working with a global mobility consultancy firm or an in-house role with similar exposure. Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills are highly valued.
