This role is part of our National Tax practice, specifically within the People Advisory Services (PAS) Mobility Core team in Pune. We focus on helping clients navigate complex people-related challenges in an era of rapid change. As a Consultant in our PAS team, you will specialize in tax and regulatory services, working with clients on international assignments, immigration, compensation structuring, and social security compliance. We leverage transformative technologies and deep expertise to deliver strategic solutions that reduce risk and drive sustainable value for our clients.

As a Consultant, you will be a vital resource on client engagements, delivering high-quality service and analyzing complex problems to provide insightful solutions.

Key responsibilities include: - Demonstrating technical expertise in People Advisory Services and applying a practical, business-driven approach to client challenges. - Staying current with technical skills, functional knowledge, and industry trends. - Supporting and leading engagement activities from planning through implementation, identifying and managing potential risks. - Fostering collaboration within teams and promoting an inclusive work environment. - Contributing to business development by preparing proposals and presentations. - Identifying opportunities for follow-on engagements.

To excel in this role, you must possess: - A qualification as a Chartered Accountant, or a Postgraduate Degree or equivalent from a Tier 1 Institute. - 1-2 years of prior experience in People Advisory Services or a closely related field, such as global mobility consultancy or an in-house role. - Expertise in individual taxation, expatriate taxation, labour codes, and outbound/inbound structuring.
