Provide expert labor law advisory support, focusing on employee mobility and workforce-related matters. Ensure strong understanding and application of statutory compliance requirements for payroll, employment, and cross-border mobility scenarios. Analyze complex legal and regulatory implications to develop practical tax and mobility solutions. Advise on PF regulations and associated employee benefit frameworks, conducting compliance assessments. Apply general consulting skills to structure, document, and deliver accurate client advisory outputs effectively.

To excel in this role, you need a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of statutory compliance, payroll, employment law, and cross-border mobility is essential. The ability to analyze legal and regulatory landscapes and translate them into actionable tax and mobility solutions is key. Familiarity with PF regulations and employee benefit frameworks is required. You should possess excellent consulting skills for structuring and delivering client advisory services.
