As a Tax Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting engagements professionally, adhering to client expectations and contractual terms. Key duties include preparing and filing individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and providing advisory on outbound/inbound structuring. You will also manage immigration and provident fund matters for expatriates.

Operationally, you will support group work execution, ensuring adherence to work programs, firm methodologies, and professional standards. This involves utilizing electronic working papers and various software for research, analyzing data to produce accurate tax products, and maintaining the confidentiality of client information. Proactive engagement in tax services and challenging traditional procedures to find innovative approaches are encouraged.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to thrive under pressure, meet stringent deadlines, and demonstrate strong analytical and numerical skills are essential.

A certified CA qualification and 0-1 year of relevant experience are mandatory.
